Heather is a licensed attorney with 24 years experience in government operations.  She has served in various roles across state government -

• Deputy Commissioner of Compliance and Legal Affairs - Michigan Lottery

• Deputy Commissioner of Charitable Gaming

• State of Michigan’s Information Technology Procurement Director

• Labor Relations Manager for Department of Corrections  

• Wage and Hour Investigator 

 

Heather also played a key role on a team that spearheaded one of the largest procurement transformation initiatives in the country. This effort placed Michigan in the #1 position for state procurement, as recognized by the Governing Institute in 2019.
